I would like to return my order. What do I do?
You can return any un-used items within 28 days of receipt of your order. Please contact customer services at hello@tidytot.com quoting your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given within 30 days of our receipt of your return. Please note, the cost of return postage will only be given where the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for returned items that do not reach us so please request proof of postage. Refunds will not be given for used items. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition for a full refund.

I’ve used my purchase. Can I return it?
We can’t accept returns where items have been used. Full refunds will only be given where goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. We recommend that you contact our friendly Customer Service team before ordering any items if you are unsure as to whether they are suitable for your requirements. We are always very happy to help! Can I return part of my value bundle?
If you purchase one of our value bundles, we can accept returns of any unused item within 28 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be given within 30 days of our receipt of your return and the amount refunded to you will take into account bundle savings.  Please contact hello@tidytot.com for more details.
